The warmth, windproof and waterproof aspect on these pants are wonderful. I bought them to wear instead of my snowmobile bibs! I was warm and toasty in the cold northern maine climate on my rides.They are not bulky at all yet protect you from all the elements. Size runs small. In doubt on size def go up.The main issue i have is that these are short waist rise pants. In my opinion mid waist is the way to go on snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiling outdoor pants especially when you want your undergarments to stay tucked in. I went up a size and the fit was better.Would have given 5 stars except for the short rise.
