Really like the results of this dead sea black mud mask from Alma K. I wasn’t expecting granules inside it, which I’m assuming might be salt crystals, so it doubles as an exfoliator, too, when you go to rinse it off. The consistency was thick going on so it’s not the easiest to spread, and I don’t use too much each time, as I do find the granules in it a little abrasive when applying it on my sensitive skin, but it also has a nice warming effect when spreading it on.I actually used this on my face first, as there’s a lack of information on the front of the jar and product description at the time I ordered it specifying it's a body (not face) mask, but it makes sense now because the 15.2-ounce jar is quite large, but probably not large enough if you’re trying to cover much of your body with this regularly. However, I did only let it rest on my face for no more than 10 minutes (out of the recommended 15), but it did a nice job of tightening my pores and making my face glow a little more the next day (so maybe it should be a face mask!). The results were the same on my body skin, sloughing off dead winter skin efficiently. I will say this is probably better suited for oily-prone skin, as I did notice it left a dry patch in some spots, so I wouldn’t recommend this for those who have dry skin, face or body.
