The versatile Ledge SL Mips is the ultimate slalom, park, and all-mountain helmet thanks to its removeable chin bar, designed to protect against gate impacts if you need it (or if you don't).
CONSTRUCTION - MIPS - Multi-Directional Impact Protection System. Hard Shell construction produces great helmets at great value. A rugged outer shell is formed and then attached to the EPS foam liner.
FIT SYSTEM - In Form Fit System makes it easy to dial in a custom fit in seconds - even with gloves on. An ergo-friendly dial at the base of the helmet provides up to 6cm of adjustment and enhanced stability. Vertical Tuning feature accommodates different goggles and head shapes for a custom fit free of gaper gap (space between goggles and helmet).
VENTILATION - Stack Vent in the front of the helmet which aligns with your goggles and helps to keep them clear and fog free. The Super Cool Vents on the top of the helmet allows the hot air to escape.

I bought this helmet for skiing in winter and riding electric unicycle in the summer. I have had a few crashes with this helmet and it performed perfectly well for all snow and ice encounters. Most impressively, I had a fall forwards onto concrete with this helmet while riding EUC and the chin bar did its job bouncing off the pavement instead of my jaw. The ear flaps keep me very warm in winter but make it hard to hear in summer, but it is quite easy to remove the foam and reinsert it as needed. Also I was able to attach a helmet mirror directly into the mounting point of the chinbar which is super nice to have it securely attached.
