Orginally bought a Womens sized XL. I wanted the suit to have enough space for under clothes. The Womens XL was tight around my butt. I have a 47" butt. I bought the Mens XL and I floated in it a bit, but it fit my butt and I could wear many layers underneath. I wore this in weather that got down to -7 degrees and felt fine. This is a quality suit that kept me warm and dry. I would say if you want to get one of these suits, they work great, but be sure to order a size or two up. My boyfriend wears an XL and he could not zip the suit up. In womens clothes I normally range anywhere from a medium to an XL depending on the look, and design of what the item is. I am 5ft and 7" tall. I weigh 175lb.
