Measured my head. Recommended Large. Too big.I could adjust the knob all the way tight, and helmet still loose on my head. Not by much, but enough not to really be safe. With a liner, it was almost tight enough. But M will be a better fit.I really appreciated how the oval fit accomodates my very oval head.I've always used Arai motorcycle helmets as they have this same oval shape. All other brands I've tried, too round, end up with forehead hot spot, while huge gaps on sides.Interestingly, wear a size M Arai mc helmet. Only chose L here because chart said so based on my head measurements. If you have Arai mc helmet, suggest choose same size here.Otherwise seems fantastic helmet. But Haven't had a chance to actually use it yet, since had to send back due to fit.
