Very comfortable boots. I use for recreational/freeride. I am advanced but aging skier (55yo). I went to a boot fitter to have custom orthotic foot beads made and had both the inserts and shells heat molded. Did not do the Liquid Fit but I am still considering doing that as well. For that process, you will need to go to an authorized retailer or boot fitter. Head does not sell the kit online or at retail stores.
