Not much snow here yet so I can't speak to the weatherproof aspects of this bib. That said, they do seem to have plenty of insulation for being active in the snow. I really like the zipper closures on all of the pockets, keeps the snow out and your stuff in. Reinforced material where my boots tend to rub together is great to see. The materials seem to be of good quality and the bib is well made, much higher quality than any no name pants from the big box stores.There's no size chart so I went with my previous snow pants experiences and ordered XL 30". I usually wear a 36x29 and that fits me nice and relaxed, these bibs are definitely long and I have the suspenders just about maxed out to hold them up. The waist is just about right, I have room but wouldn't want to size down since I will be wearing base layers under my bib.I think that for $60 these are an excellent value and should make anyone happy.
